Where you live currently: Brooklyn, NY

Most stoke-filled moment in your life to date: A roadtrip that ended up being two months long, without any set agenda and no where to be but right there.

What role does adventure play in your life? Geez, I hope it's basically the core of what I do and how I do it. Whether it's skating a new place, driving down a different road or getting stuck in the middle of the desert. It's just about doing it, and seeing it.

Who are the three most influential people in your life to date? My folks for doing it the way they want to, and to all my friends that help get me hyped.

Where do you go/what do you do to spark creativity? Leave town. I've been on the quick roadtrip tip lately...those small day trips usually spawn something bigger to come.

Do you prefer the urban lifestyle or rural living? I find myself in a tug-a-war all the time. I do like living in the city, but I think it's vital for my piece of mind and existence to leave frequently. I think that's the only way I can actually stand living here. Gotta be on the move.

How long have you been working at your craft? I think I've been shooting stuff for 11 years now.

Name a few of the unique places your camera has taken you: It hasn't taken me that far yet, I hope across the world soon. I've been to some abandoned mine shafts on the border of Mexico with nothing around for miles. I've been to a bunch of empty swimming pools scattered across the U.S. I feel like I've been to every neighborhood and project housing in the 5 boroughs. It has also been taking me to a lot of back roads outside of the city since I got my motorcycle on the road.

What are some of your favorite projects to date? A RV road trip with 10 different people with all very different personalities called "Black Water." That two month journey across the U.S. and back ended up being a small little short film. Also the Nike commercial I shot in Buffalo, NY at the Central Terminal was awesome.

Best skateboarder you’ve ever had the chance to shoot with? That's way too hard to narrow down. Everyone is amazing these days, I would say style and personality really resonate with me the most.
