GoLite Rock Lite

I ran these puppies head-to-head with a similar (unnamed) pair of kicks over the last several months, and the Rock Lites crushed the competition as far as durability and trail worthiness are concerned. It's a trail shoe with some subtle multi-shade styling, and traction that nearly defies gravitational pull. GoLite compares their suspension/traction design to a rock crawler that dominates off-road terrain; they say their 'suspension' allows for better contact with uneven terrain. After testing them out in the desert and mountains, I'd have to agree. $110
